This position in the Research Culture Team is for a fixed term to complete specific time limited work and is due to end on 30 September 2025. The successful candidate will be appointed on an ongoing contract with the University and therefore when this activity comes to an end, will be deployed into another role within the University.

We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Do you want to apply your excellent administrative, organisational, and people skills to a new challenge? Do you thrive on working in a fast-paced but rewarding and supportive environment?

The University of Leeds is one of the top 80 universities in the world.  We have a truly global community, with more than 39,000 students from 170 different countries and over 9,000 staff of 100 different nationalities.  Established in 1904, we have a strong tradition of academic excellence, reflected in first-class student education, along with world-leading research that has a real impact around the globe.

The University’s Strategy 2020-2030 states that we can only achieve our ambitions in research, education, and societal impact through a collaborative, diverse, inclusive, and supportive culture. In line with changing research practices across the sector, the University is focusing its attention and resources on fostering a more positive research culture for its current and future generations of research teams.

In 2023, the Research Culture team at Leeds launched their institutional Research Culture Strategy.
