Maths Support Tutor

Are you a PhD student at the University of Leeds?  Are you interested in gaining some tutoring experience?  Do you have a strong knowledge of A level maths and great communication skills?

Learning Services provides academic skills support to undergraduates and taught postgraduates.  Peer support has proved to be a powerful tool in our work, especially with new students.  Our specialist Maths Support activities provide assistance to non-maths undergraduates but where their course has a significant maths element. You’ll be working alongside the Skills@Library maths tutor to offer maths support to students at the university in our open maths drop-in sessions in Laidlaw Library.
