Would you like to play a pivotal role supporting the delivery of high-quality research and student education activities?&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We are looking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Business Operations Officer to support the School of Dentistry. You will join the team to provide high quality administrative support to the School&rsquo;s processes in recruitment, purchasing, HR and health and safety. This role will have a particular focus on providing support for senior staff.</p><p>You will also be responsible for managing, organising and booking complex UK and overseas travel and accommodation plans, and supporting delivery of trips with things such as equipment, itineraries and visas.&nbsp;</p><p>You will work with other colleagues within the Business Operations teams and from Professional Services across the School and Faculty, including HR, Purchasing and Finance Offices, to adopt and embed a continuous improvement and service excellence approach. This will involve establishing and developing best practice processes &amp; procedures and working to ensure these are implemented through Faculty peer networks.             <p id="isPasted"><strong>Do you have a track record of Project Management in the heritage, learning or arts sectors?</strong></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, creative and flexible individual to work on a project funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund that aims to engage new audiences with collections at the University of Leeds and at partner sites across England. The current post is for the Development Phase of the project.&nbsp;</p><p>The project centres around present day and historical dialects. It draws on the resources of the Leeds Archive of Vernacular Culture (LAVC) and complementary collections, expertise and interests of the project&rsquo;s partners, drawn from across the country. The LAVC is a unique and nationally important multi-media archive including the records of the Survey of English Dialects and the Institute of Dialect and Folk Life Studies. The LAVC and work done by the Dialect and Heritage project to date is accessible via the Dialect and Heritage Project website: <a href="https://dialectandheritage.org.uk">https://dialectandheritage.org.uk</a>. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.</p><p>Student Counselling and Wellbeing is part of Student Education and Experience and provides a wide range of excellent and innovative support to help students manage psychological, emotional and mental health difficulties whilst at University. Student Counselling and Wellbeing is a large multi-disciplinary team that supports students through; individual appointments, same day support in partnership with Leeds University Union, a comprehensive groups and psycho-educational workshop programme; a Clinical Consultation and Guidance service (Duty System) for University staff and critical incident response and support.&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for someone with substantial experience of providing support for people with diagnosed or possible emerging serious mental health conditions.             <p>This role will be based on the university campus. &nbsp;We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.</p><p><strong>We have two exciting roles available for a Camp Assistant and Camp Leader to gain more experience coaching in a multi-sport setting.</strong></p><p>Our Sport &amp; Physical Activity team are seeking experienced coaches from all sporting backgrounds to help deliver multi sports camps for Key Stage 1 &amp; 2 children during the 2026 Easter &amp; Summer breaks. Our multi sports camps will take place at the Edge where children aged 5-11 years will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports including football, racquet sports, climbing &amp; swimming. You will gain valuable experience facilitating sport &amp; supervising children of a variety of ages and abilities.   &nbsp;</p><p id="isPasted">As a Camp Assistant you will have a minimum Level 1 sport specific coaching qualification in any sport and may have some experience of assisting with the delivery of fun and inclusive sports activities for children. Camp Assistants will work under the direction and supervision of Camp Leaders and the Camp Manager to support the delivery of age-appropriate activities for children in a variety of sports including; helping to prepare for, set up and demonstrate sessions and support children to engage during the course of each session ensuring everyone is motivated, safe and having a positive experience. &nbsp;You will also support the Camp Manager with the organisation and implementation of the camps from drop off to pick up, including supervising lunchtime and breaks, escorting children to specialist activities such as swimming &amp; climbing, ensuring health &amp; safety of all participants at all times and maintaining high standards of engagement and behaviour throughout. &nbsp;</p><p>As a Camp Leader you will have a minimum Level 2 sport specific coaching qualification in any sport (or PE teaching qualifications &amp; experience) and experience of leading the delivery of fun and inclusive sports activities for children. Camp Leaders will plan &amp; deliver age-appropriate activities for children in a variety of sports with the support of Camp Assistants. Camp Leaders will have overarching responsibility for their assigned group, their activities and schedule and will also oversee the work of their assigned Camp Assistants.
