We are an innovative service with a clear vision to provide some of the country&rsquo;s best student accommodation.</strong></p><p>We are seeking an approachable, customer focused individual to join our team. You will have significant experience of working in a front-line customer service environment, with communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision as well as working as part of a wider team. You will provide a high quality front line reception service to our customers, and will have the ability to undertake minor repair and maintenance tasks and site audits. You will supervise the performance of external contractors working at the site in line with our Service Level Agreements.</p><p>Residence staff are required to provide a flexible service, working as necessary at Residence locations to meet the needs of the business. You will be based at Charles Morris Hall but should be prepared to work at any of the other Residential Services sites as required. The role also involves driving a Residential Services vehicle so you will also need a full current valid driving licence (manual vehicles) and recent driving experience.</p><p>Residence staff are required to provide a flexible service, working as necessary to meet the needs of the business. Working in conjunction with the Senior Team Leader Refectory you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient campus service is delivered to students, staff and visitors in line with the department&rsquo;s strategy and goals.
