Are you pro-active and able to deliver to deadlines?&nbsp;</strong></p><p>As a member of the Research and Innovation (RIS) Legal Team, you will provide high quality, customer-focused research and innovation support contributing to the strategic objectives and research culture of the University.&nbsp;</p><p>You will work closely with academics and faculty research and innovation staff to assist in the provision of research and innovation support.             <p><u><strong>This role is open to existing employees within the Wellbeing team at the University of Leeds only</strong></u></p><p><u><u data-pasted="true">Interviews are expected to be held on the 11th August 2026</u></u></p><p data-pasted="true">The Student Wellbeing Service provides a wide range of excellent and innovative support to help students manage psychological, emotional and mental health concerns whilst at University. The Wellbeing Service is part of a large multi-disciplinary team and supports students through a stratified support offer. This includes triage appointments, contracts of therapeutic support, a comprehensive psychoeducational groups and workshop programme and onward referral to specialist services. The service is part of the Student Experience and Support Directorate and is part of a wider student experience portfolio.&nbsp;</p><p>The Senior Wellbeing Practitioner is an experienced clinician and senior member of the Wellbeing Team which sits within the wider Student Wellbeing Service. The role combines direct student support with responsibility for supporting the effective running, delivery, and ongoing improvement of the wellbeing support offer within the service.</p><p>In this role, you will contribute to the day-to-day operational management of the service and will deputise for the Assistant Head of Student Support (Wellbeing) when required. Alongside this, they will maintain at least a 50% clinical caseload, offering high-quality wellbeing support to students.</p><p>You will have a key responsibility for strengthening working relationships between the Wellbeing Practitioners and faculties, supporting better alignment between wellbeing provision and academic structures, processes, and expectations.</p><p>This is a full‑time role, working 9&ndash;5, with one working‑from‑home day per week. Please be aware that there will be some flexibility required for student facing events such as open days, offer holder-days or wellbeing events on campus.</p><p>Traditionally, this is a 50-50 role. However, to support clinical demands on the service, the split between leadership and clinical hours may adjust to meet service need. &nbsp;Outside of clinical hours, the remaining split of time will be allocated flexibly across faculty engagement, operational responsibilities, and service development, with priorities agreed in line with service need.</p><p><strong>Please note that this post may be suitable for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route but first-time applicants might need to qualify for salary concessions.
