            <p style="margin-left:0cm;"><u>The interviews are expected to be held on Thursday 10th September 2026</u></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><u>This role will be based Unipol Student Homes, 155-157 Woodhouse Lane, Leeds LS2 3ED</u></p><p>The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing activity that supports Unipol&#39;s strategic objectives, including student accommodation recruitment, retention, brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and commercial performance. You will ensure that marketing activity is insight-led, customer- focused and delivers measurable results.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider teams, you will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive occupancy, retention, revenue growth and customer engagement across Unipol&#39;s student accommodation portfolio. As a brand champion, you will enhance Unipol&#39;s reputation, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen engagement and support commercial and organisational objectives.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>You will be a confident and engaging communicator, able to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams. A strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness, you will translate organisational objectives into effective marketing activity that delivers value. Creative and innovative, you will combine strategic thinking with excellent attention to detail to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard and aligned with brand expectations.&nbsp;</p><p>You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a results-driven professional, you will use data, insight and performance metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.             <p><u>Interview are expected to be held Wednesday 2 September </u></p><p id="isPasted"><strong>This role is based at Carlton Hill Residences, Carlton Hill, Leeds and on-site only.</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true">The Residence Manager (Building Safety &amp; Operations) holds full operational responsibility for a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) site in Leeds, ensuring the building, its services, and on-site teams deliver a safe, compliant, and high-quality living environment.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">As the senior on-site leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations across customer experience, maintenance, and housekeeping, leading teams and contractors to deliver consistently high standards. You will foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where residents feel supported and teams are enabled to perform at their best, while maintaining strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality resident experience, fostering community engagement, supporting resident wellbeing, and ensuring effective management of resident issues including complaints and anti-social behaviour.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">You will play a critical role in embedding a strong culture of safety and compliance ensuring delivery of building safety obligations in line with the Building Safety Act 2022. This includes managing building risks through effective identification, monitoring, and control, working closely with central Health &amp; Safety, Facilities Management and senior leadership teams. You will ensure clear communication with residents on safety matters, respond appropriately to incidents and emerging risks, and drive continuous improvement in building performance and resident wellbeing.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">You will apply strong knowledge of residential operations, safety systems, and compliance frameworks, engaging effectively with residents and responding decisively to operational risks and incidents.</p><p>Unipol is a housing Charity, providing assistance in finding and supplying housing for students in Leeds, Nottingham and Bradford.
