Digital Education Officer - Course Support
This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are looking for a digitally-focussed professional to support the delivery and maintenance of online courses on external and internal platforms.
As a Digital Education Officer, you’ll play a key role supporting the delivery and maintenance of our online courses on internal and external platforms. You will work within a growing team in the Digital Education Service to support the delivery of high-profile online courses on FutureLearn, Blackboard Learn and Coursera, as well as other course platforms and virtual learning environments.
In this varied and interesting role you will contribute to ensuring course administration and operational processes and practices are managed effectively, and delivered consistently and to agreed quality standards. You will support evaluation and continuous process improvement for the Service’s course administration practices and processes. You will have a positive, proactive approach to your work, be communicative, organised, flexible and committed, with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
