Digital Education Systems Officer

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you passionate about digital education systems and the educational benefits that they can offer staff and students? Would you like to play a central role in delivering systems and supporting University staff and students to maximise our portfolio of digital education systems and tools?

As a Digital Education Systems Officer, you will build your knowledge of innovative digital education systems to support staff and students, helping them make the most of the tools available to support learning and teaching.  This will involve supporting the delivery of systems and enhancement projects, and other service activities. 

Your key responsibilities will include responding to support calls raised by staff and students, producing clear documents and training materials for a non-technical audience, contributing to staff training, and supporting Service and Faculty events and other staff engagement initiatives. You will have excellent knowledge of digital education systems combined with strong communication and networking skills and an ability to work collaboratively with others.
