The Digital Education Service (DES) at the University of Leeds is at the forefront of transforming teaching and learning through innovative digital solutions. The Digital Education Enhancement (DEE) team in DES is the cornerstone of our mission to revolutionise the student learning experience through innovative technology. Comprised of expert Learning Technologists stationed across various faculties, the DEE team acts as both practitioners and advisors, pioneering the integration of cutting-edge technology with modern educational practices. Our approach is deeply rooted in robust learning theories, supported by a wealth of empirical evidence that guides the effective use of learning technologies. We strive to harmonise the latest in technology with evolving learning theories and the practical aspects of educational practice, fostering a collaborative environment with academic staff.
