Equality and Inclusion Administrator
The interviews are expected to be held 13 or 14 March 2025
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Would you like to lead on the administration of the central University equality team? Do you have experience of performing administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, processing supplier payments, responding to queries and diary management?
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to join the central Equality & Inclusion Unit (EIU). The team provides high quality specialist advice and guidance to promote equality and inclusion throughout the University. You will join a supportive and friendly team who will offer assistance and guidance to help you settle into the role.
As part of the Equality and Inclusion Unit, you will provide administrative support including diary management, meeting organisation, and processing payments. You will ensure the smooth running of the Unit and its activities, including event organisation and being the first point of contact for equality and inclusion enquiries.
You will have excellent administrative skills, the ability to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard and have an organised approach to work. You should also be able to work with minimal supervision while supporting the Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
