Financial Reporting Manager
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
This post is a key role within the University's Finance Department. It carries responsibility for the production of the consolidated annual financial statements of the University and those of its related organisations. The post holder will have responsibility for Balance Sheet reporting and forecasting, enabling the University to analyse and improve the management of its operations.
The post holder will be a strong technical accountant with a background in controls, being responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Balance Sheet.
The post holder will play a lead role in evaluating the impact of current and proposed responsibilities, requiring strong technical accounting skills. The post holder will work closely with colleagues in the Finance Department and with Faculty and Service Finance Managers, providing expert advice and guidance.
