Recruitment and Resourcing Manager
This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Our Recruitment and Resourcing Manager will play a key role in understanding, developing and implementing the University’s strategic priorities relating to recruitment. They will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals whose remit is wider than recruitment and selection and includes promotions, redeployment and internal resourcing.
Creating and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across the Institution is critical, as is working collaboratively with the wider Employment and Resourcing team and in partnership with other colleagues in the People & Culture Directorate to ensure consistent service delivery.
