Business Support Officer/PA
Salary: Grade 6 (£32,296 - £37,999 p.a. depending upon experience)
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are seeking a flexible, well organised and proactive team player, with a forward-thinking ‘can do’ attitude, to join our Business Support Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of the Business Support function. In addition to acting as Personal Assistant to one or more of the People & Culture Directors, you will have responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of financial activities and reporting.
Along with your experience in business support, you should have proven experience as a senior-level PA. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing demands under sustained pressure and tight deadlines.
This is a busy and fast-paced role, where exercising a high degree of initiative whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy is vital.
