People & Change Partner

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.   We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you a highly skilled change specialist with experience of developing and implementing solutions to support delivery of complex transformational change across a variety of service areas? Are you interested in bringing your expertise in organisational design and development to one of the largest higher education institutions in the UK?

The University of Leeds is currently progressing a significant amount of transformational change across the University. We are looking to recruit a People & Change Partner to join our highly collaborative and supportive People Change & Engagement team and lead on a varied portfolio of change initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a range of activities from scoping changes and developing solutions to address these, through to planning and supporting change implementation

You would also be part of a university-wide network of change practitioners, helping to build change capability by using our people centred approach in your work and supporting others to apply it effectively. Within this collaborative network, you would be encouraged to share good practice, contribute ideas to a range of change scenarios, and bring your own knowledge and learning. We are looking for experienced candidates with a strong track record of understanding the people implications of transforming services and of working with colleagues across different disciplines to develop creative solutions. You will care deeply about putting people at the centre of organisational change and will bring highly developed capabilities in relationship building, coaching and mentoring.

What we offer in return
