People Change & Engagement Partner

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.   We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you an experienced change professional with a track record of supporting organisational improvement and helping people navigate change? Do you enjoy using insight and evidence to understand colleague experience, influence decision-making and support positive organisational outcomes?

The University of Leeds is currently progressing a significant portfolio of change across the institution. We are seeking a People Change & Engagement Partner to join our collaborative and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a diverse range of organisational change and engagement activities, helping colleagues navigate change and supporting the University's strategic ambitions.

Alongside leading change initiatives, you will play a key role in delivering the University's employee engagement survey programme, helping to generate meaningful insight that informs decision-making and enhances the colleague experience. You will work with leaders and teams to identify and address the people impacts of change, develop effective approaches to implementation and support the successful embedding of new ways of working.

As part of a university-wide network of change practitioners, you will help build change capability by applying and promoting our people-centred approach. We are looking for an experienced professional with strong consulting, analytical and relationship-building skills who can work effectively across organisational boundaries, influence stakeholders at all levels and use insight and evidence to support successful outcomes.
