PA to the Director of Marketing and Business Support Officer

This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you an enthusiastic, proactive, and well organised individual with a strong customer service orientation? Do you have substantial experience working as a Personal Assistant at a senior level with the ability to multi-task?

We are looking for a professional and proactive individual with significant experience in a PA role along with strong organisation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Working as part of the Marketing team, your main activity will be supporting the Director of Marketing (Education Portfolio) and the senior leadership team. The service currently has around 90 members and works closely with faculties, Admissions, Educational Engagement, and the International Office (Marketing Directorate).

You will have substantial experience as a PA and possess excellent digital, secretarial, interpersonal, and organisational skills.  You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload accurately, including electronic diary and correspondence management.

Your key role will be supporting the Director of Marketing in their day-to-day duties, working closely and collaboratively with other PAs in the Marketing Directorate, and helping to support key activities the senior leadership team are working on. This role will appeal to suitably qualified candidates seeking an exciting, fast paced, and challenging role.
