The Learning Administrator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of learning and development activities within the organisation, with a specific focus on the CPS (Corporate Process and Systems) programme.
Working closely alongside the Training lead, SAP trainers and subject matter experts, the role ensures that all learning interventions related to system implementation and process changes are effectively coordinated, administered, and tracked.
The role will act as a central point of contact for training administration within the CPS programme, ensuring learners are enrolled, supported, and equipped to engage with SAP-related training. This includes planning, co-ordinating and managing instructor lead training schedules, maintaining accurate records within the Learning Management System (LMS – Learning pool), and supporting learners and stakeholders throughout the training lifecycle.
The role is critical in enabling a smooth rollout of SAP systems by ensuring training logistics, data accuracy, and learner communication are delivered to a high standard, contributing to overall programme success and user adoption.
Please note that due to Home Office visa requirements, this role is not suitable for first-time Skilled Worker visa applicants. Information on other visa options is available at: https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration/work-visas.
