Interviews are expected to be held on the 5th March 2026
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Are you customer focused, organised and confident working in a busy office environment? Do you enjoy supporting others, keeping things running smoothly and making a positive contribution to a team? If so, this role could be a good fit for you.
The University of Leeds is one of the top 100 universities in the world. Since 1904, it has built a strong reputation for high-quality education and research that makes a difference locally and globally. Behind this sits a wide range of professional services that support students, staff and researchers to do their best work.
This post is advertised within IT Services and sits within the IT Business Support Team. You will provide day-to-day administrative and office support, helping colleagues work effectively and delivering a reliable, friendly service. You will bring experience from a busy office setting, strong organisation skills and clear communication. You will manage your workload well, work positively with others and take pride in good customer service.
Looking ahead, the University is bringing IT Services and Library Services together to form a new directorate called Digital and Information Services (DAIS). This alignment work is already underway. Over time, this role will move into DAIS and support both IT and Library Services. This creates a real opportunity to be involved in shaping how services work together, share ideas across teams and help influence more joined-up, consistent ways of working that support staff, students and researchers across the University.
This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Information on other visa options is available at: https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration/work-visas
