Health and Safety Coordinator

The Health and Safety Coordinator at Unipol will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our offices and property portfolio. This role involves coordinating health and safety and compliance inspections and routines, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all compliance checks are up to date. The successful candidate will work closely with the Health, Safety and Compliance Manager and the Operations Team, to coordinate documentation, training records, incident reporting, and compliance monitoring. The Health and Safety Coordinator will provide essential support in maintaining a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a health and safety or property management environment. They will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital record keeping systems. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently and be committed to fostering a culture of safety and compliance within the organisation.
