This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Are you looking for a fast-paced challenging role supporting busy Senior Executives within the University Vice-Chancellor’s Offices? Do you have substantial experience of admin support and diary management at a senior level? Are you pro-active and do you have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively?
Working primarily for the University Secretary and Registrar’s Office, you will be part of a professional, collaborative team dedicated to providing high-level, consistent support to the Senior Executive Team. You will have substantial experience of working with a busy electronic diary and possess excellent digital, secretarial, interpersonal and organisational skills. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages together with reliability, forward-thinking and accuracy are also essential. The ability to demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative in all areas of the role is required. Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload accurately, including electronic diary and document management.
This is a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of diary management for the University Secretary and Registrar and the wider Vice-Chancellor’s Offices and will appeal to suitably qualified candidates seeking an exciting and challenging role.
