This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

This is a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the University Secretary & Registrar’s office. It will appeal to suitably qualified candidates seeking an exciting and challenging role.
You will be part of a professional team that works collaboratively to ensure that all members of the Senior Executive Team are constantly supported to a high level. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload accurately including electronic diary and correspondence management.
This role is very busy and fast-paced. You will require initiative and be able to respond intelligently and appropriately to a variety of urgent requests. You will have considered and insightful communication skills, be able to deal effectively with complex situations, and work with a wide range of people.
