Deputy Zonal Maintenance Manager
This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Are you a highly motivated qualified maintenance professional? Do you have the drive to manage a diverse professional team and Specialist Subcontractors? Do you have excellent problem solving skills and a logical approach?
You will be leading a professional Direct Labour Organisation, (DLO) team and specialist subcontractors in achieving reactive maintenance, pre-planned maintenance (PPM) to all aspects of the diverse University portfolio.
You will report to the Zonal Maintenance Manager, (First Response) where you will be the central point of contact to ensure reactive, PPM maintenance and compliance is adhered to in line with statutory procedures, legislation and guidelines. Your daily interaction with our internal customers and contractors means you’ll be the ‘face’ of the maintenance team/contractors and you must have excellent communication and organisational skills to deliver a first-class service to achieve the best customer experience.
You will deputise for the Zonal Maintenance Manager, (First Response) as required.
