You will also be responsible for managing the Institute’s IT databases including updating Teams and Sharepoint sites, taking responsibility for raising IT issues; organising and booking complex UK and overseas travel and accommodation plans and supporting delivery of trips with things such as equipment, itineraries, and visas.

You will work with other colleagues within the Business Operations Teams and from Professional Services across the Institute and Faculty, including HR, Purchasing and Finance Offices, to adopt and embed a continuous improvement and service excellence approach. This will involve establishing and developing best practice processes & procedures and working to ensure these are implemented through Faculty peer networks. You will be expected to handle confidential information in a discreet, sensitive and diplomatic manner, ensuring security of access to such information is maintained at all times.

Please note that due to Home Office visa requirements, this role is not suitable for first-time Skilled Worker visa applicants. Information on other visa options is available at: https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration/work-visas
