Business Operations Administrator

Overview of the Role

Do you want to be part of a professional service, committed to supporting colleagues by delivering an excellent administrative support service?  Are you pro-active with strong communication and interpersonal skills?  

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Operations Administrator to provide assistance in the smooth running of business operations within LIRMM that forms part of the Faculty of Medicine & Health.  

Supporting administrative arrangements, you will work primarily in LIRMM on the Chapel Allerton Hospital site ensuring general administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. You will be required to develop and maintain key process documentation and responding to emails, arranging meetings and raising purchase order requests. As a proactive member of the business operations team, you will share good practice to continually improve processes, share workload amongst colleagues and provide cover for other team members across the faculty as required.  

You will have experience of systems and processes, gained in a customer service environment or in an administrative role.
