This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Business Operations Officer to support the School of Psychology. You will join the team to provide high quality administrative support to the school across a broad spectrum of business support.
This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Business Operations team, including inbox coordination, procurement and goods receipting, and maintaining databases, trackers, and documentation. It involves administering Teams and SharePoint, supporting health and safety activities and inductions, and acting as a key point of contact for staff queries. The position also holds end-to-end responsibility for several processes, including Prolific, Giftpay, PGR administration, and Visiting Titles, with a focus on user support, compliance, and continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include contributing to team resilience through cross-cover, providing meeting support and minute-taking, delivering HR-related tasks such as visa checks and timesheets, and supporting estates and facilities management, including access, reporting, and space coordination.
