Interviews are expected to be held on the 9th March 2026
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
The University of Leeds has a new and ambitious strategic plan. You will join an influential team playing a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders across the University in the implementation and delivery of the plan through providing specialist portfolio governance services.
Working as an integral member of the Transformation Office’s Delivery Assurance Team, you will use your knowledge and experience to provide effective governance support across the portfolio, ensuring clear structures and information flow. This role will drive the quality of project documentation prepared for the University’s senior team members. You will have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders and take responsibility for ensuring a comprehensive and consistent secretariat service.
It is important that you can build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across the University to ensure governance processes are aligned. You will need an ability to balance priorities, deal with complex information, and work consultatively with others in order to succeed. Working with limited supervision, the ability to organise and work to deadlines will be critical to the success of the role.
Please note that due to Home Office visa requirements, this role may only be suitable for first-time Skilled Worker visa applicants if they are eligible for salary concessions.
