This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Are you enthusiastic, highly organised and versatile, with an ability to provide strong customer service? Can you manage multiple tasks at the same time and maintain attention to detail? Are you confident and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills?
You will join our friendly Operations Team and undertake a range of activities relating to the provision of services and support for disabled students. This may include monitoring for and chasing outstanding information, raising purchase orders and liaising with the University’s Finance Team.
You will also play a key role in the processing of students’ information alongside responding to a vast array of enquiries by email, phone and in-person. You will be offering one-to-one information drop-in appointments with students throughout the year; designed to guide students through the process of accessing our service.
You will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent written and verbal communications with an ability to present detailed and complex information in a clear and concise manner. You will maintain high levels of customer service, accuracy and a strict adherence to confidentiality. You will be well organised, able to multi-task, and work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
