Senior Employability Officer - Widening Participation
This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are seeking a proactive Senior Employability Officer to join our Student Careers Service. Working as part of the Directorate of Student Success & Educational Engagement, you will take a leading role in developing and delivering enhanced careers support aimed at improving the career readiness of Plus Programme students who are underrepresented at the University and/or who may have protected characteristics, in support of the University’s Access and Participation Plan, the Access and the Student Success Strategy and Student Opportunities and Futures Framework.
In the first instance you will be in the Central Careers team, however over the course of your role this may change according to business and personal development needs.
