Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Engineer - KTP Associate

Location: LSN Diffusion, Llandybie, Ammanford, SA18 3GY

As a Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer you will apply and refine CFD atomisation models, design and assess atomiser modifications, analyse production data, and validate improvements through experimentation. LSN Diffusion, founded in 2012 and based in South Wales, services high specification markets by manufacturing specialised metal powders for aerospace, energy, defence, and advanced manufacturing sectors. The University of Leeds, through its highly respected School of Civil Engineering, will contribute unique expertise in gas atomisation, multiphase CFD modelling, and machine learning based alloy analysis. Together, they form a partnership combining industrial need with leading academic insight to deliver sustainable, high impact innovation.
