Team Co-ordinator

Are you an experienced Administrator/PA looking for an exciting new challenge working with leading figures in Leeds across health, education, industry, local government and the charitable sector?

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.   We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements

The Leeds Academic Health Partnership (LAHP) is one of the largest of its kind in the UK. We are a collaborative partnership between Leeds' universities, our local NHS organisations, Leeds City Council, Leeds City College, the regional health and care partnership, the regional economic enterprise partnership, industry and third sector organisations. We bring together their world-class expertise to help solve some of the city’s hardest healthcare challenges.

At the heart of this partnership is our small, friendly team. As our Team Co-ordinator you will help bring together members of Leeds Academic Health Partnership and co-ordinate activities which will improve health outcomes for communities across the city. As such, every day is likely to be different and interesting.

You will be working with the most senior leaders in the city (our board members) and helping the team as it works on projects across a variety of disciplines, from research to frontline health and care, to the third sector and industry.

A team worker and an excellent communicator, you will be experienced in organising and prioritising tasks, able to work with discretion and integrity building effective working relationships at all levels.

What we offer in return

  • 26 days holiday plus 16 Bank Holidays/days that the University is closed by custom (including Christmas) – that’s over 40 days a year!
  • Generous pension scheme options plus life assurance
  • Health and Wellbeing: Discounted staff membership options at The Edge, our state-of-the-art Campus gym, with a pool, sauna, climbing wall, cycle circuit, and sports halls.
  • Personal Development: Access to courses run by our Organisational Development & Professional Learning team, and self-development courses including languages, Creative Writing, Wellbeing Therapies and much more.

And much more!
