Research Fellow in Synthesis and Chemical Biology

Are you looking to apply your skills in Chemical Biology to the development of new approaches for discovery of protein-protein interaction inhibitors?

As Research Fellow in Synthesis and Chemical Biology you will join a major 5-year EPSRC-funded programme focused on developing, validating and then exploiting new tools for discovering inhibitors of PPIs.  You will assist the Investigators in delivering this large and complex research programme and will focus on the design, synthesis and testing of peptide/ peptidomimetic inhibitors of disease relevant PPIs, with considerable emphasis on targets in oncology.
